ALL machines are repairable / upgradeable but this may not be cost effective on some older models.

Where we feel that good used parts can be used to reduce costs, we will give you the choice /comparisons.

Occasionally, part-exchanging a ‘dead’ machine for an equivalent (or better) model may be possible and the most cost-effective option in some circumstances.

We will ensure you know the cost of the work beforehand - so no nasty surprises with the bill!

Please note, we do NOT undertake Apple warranty work but may be able to assist with getting the machine repaired under warranty and /or making you aware of any extended warranty programs associated with known problems on your particular model.

SOME ADVICE:

All computers go wrong occasionally - usually at the worst possible time.

Make sure you have a backup - Apple have made this process seamless with ‘Time Machine’ & it will save you the significant cost having data recovered from an ailing Hard Drive
